My boss had me looking into Business Electricity Providers the other day and to be honest I was pretty irritated about it. I don’t understand where he gets off having me do an assistant’s work when I’m practically the VP of the place…it’s really insulting and it makes me want to quit. I recently started looking for other jobs online and that’s been helpful – it at least lets me know what’s out there which is painfully, not a lot. I guess in this economy you have to put up with some stuff you wouldn’t have to otherwise and that’s just the way it is. I know that’s a bad way to look at things but when you’re talking about going into a job you don’t like 5 days a week it’s a really big part of your life, you know? I wish I could go back in time and get my law degree but I just can’t – that’s not an option for me anymore and I need to make do with what I’ve got.
